For group reservations of 10 or more guests, we can accept the booking from the first day of the month six months in advance.
e.g. You can book from 1st of Feb if you need to stay here on 15th of Aug.
You can book all the rooms in the guesthouse if the group has 15 guests or more.
Cancellation policy for group reservations
*The day of the check-in date 100%
*1 day before the check-in date 70%
*2 or 4 days before the check-in date 50%
*5 or 7 days before the check-in date 30%
*8 or 10 days before the check-in date 10%
We ask all group reservation to make the 10% payment as a deposit by 10 days before the check-in date via bank account.
*We will charge the balance of the payment at your check-in.
*We will remove the booking if you do NOT pay the deposit by the payment deadline.
